Can I buy hair today?
The retail store is in development. You can explore proposed prices, save a bag, request a personal quote from your bag and request a consultation. Checkout is not active, and no payment is taken. Our team is finalizing supplier samples, inventory and merchant setup.
Which lengths and textures are on the menu?
The proposed single-bundle menu covers 18, 22 and 26 inches: straight $179/$199/$259; wavy $189/$209/$269; curly $199/$219/$279. A custom three-bundle wavy set is the sum of the selected single prices less 5%, rounded to the nearest dollar. These are proposed USD retail prices; inventory and final weights await sample approval.
What is the HD-lace wig specification?
We have requested a 22-inch wavy HD-lace wig at 180% density from the suppliers. The final HD-lace price and construction are pending. Earlier Swiss-lace quotes do not price the requested HD option. A campaign model is style inspiration, not a photograph of the delivered wig.
What happens to my try-on photo?
The current fitting studio keeps your portrait or outfit photo in your browser. It uses an illustrative hairstyle overlay, with texture, color and placement controls. Your photo is not sent to a server or an AI provider. Closing the studio clears the active photo and session looks. It is not a photorealistic AI restyling service.
Can I request a consultation?
Yes. Choose Consultation request in the enquiry form, then enter a preferred date and Pacific-time window. Your request is emailed to the launch team and you receive a receipt. The team must confirm availability before a time is booked. You can also contact Marcus through the phone or WhatsApp links.
How do delivery and returns work?
Final retail delivery and return terms are not yet published because sample approval and fulfillment are still being arranged. Supplier shipping quotes are not retail delivery promises and may exclude customs. We do not yet independently certify raw origin or donor claims. No order is accepted in this preview.
How can stylists or creators work with you?
Use the Partnerships or Wholesale enquiry category. Stylist terms depend on confirmed costs and professional eligibility. The creator pilot is selective: gifted hair and paid relationships must be disclosed, honest opinions are welcome, and content reuse or advertising rights require a separate agreement.
