We aim to make the experience usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, larger text and reduced motion. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing accessibility effort, not a claim of certified conformance.

Available support

• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, product options and dialogs. Escape closes a dialog.
• Visible focus indicators, descriptive image text, page language and labeled fields.
• Controls for larger text, high contrast and reduced motion, saved on your device.
• Pause controls for the campaign portraits. Reduced-motion preferences stop the motion.
• Text answers alongside optional audio. The automated guide does not require speech or microphone use.
• Email and telephone alternatives if an interface is difficult to use.

Known limitations

The visual fitting canvas and color previews cannot fully communicate an installation through a screen reader. Use the texture notes and contact the team for equivalent help. Local voice availability varies by browser and operating system. We continue to test small screens, contrast, focus order and assistive-technology behavior; a comprehensive independent audit has not yet been completed.
